There are 9 finished champions in this buck's immediate pedigree, and I absolutely love his dam. Ghost is a very wide, very deep bodied buck with tremendous spring of rib, very much a powerhouse buck. He has great angulation and dairy character and stands on correct feet and legs. Several breeders commented that he reminded them of Baywatch and several commented on how much they like him. His first kids here have arrived, two bucks and three does. He was bred to CHW Rhiannon, CHW Little Red Corvette, CHW Dragonfly and CHW DH Eowyn. For Feb to March kiddings, he was bred to TC Spellbound, CHW Heart Of Gold and CHW Once In A Blue Moon.

His first time in the ring, Jack won Grand Champion Junior Buck and both times in the ring as a senior buck, he won first place. He is very dairy, stretchy type buck with great angulation throughout. He is long bodied and level and stands on correct feet and legs. Not only do I love this buck conformation but I love his pedigree. He goes back to my most favorite goats that I have owned: Dragon Heart, Baywatch, Beauty, Cinnamon and Honey. I absolutely love everything about his dam, her mammary system, conformation, pedigree and personality. But unfortunately, Jack isn't easy to catch or show. In our big herd of bucks, we have to chase him down. He also fights us in the show ring. We think he would be much better in a small herd. He was really friendly as a junior buck, and in a small herd he might become friendly again. 

Jack's first kids arrived in Aug/Sept. 2008. He was bred to CHW Shake Your Groove Thing, HC Sock It 2 Me, CHW Gone With The Wind, CHW Galadriel, Piddlin Acres Piroette, Goodwood Clara Bow and CHW Heart Of Gold.

Cowboy Man (can you tell we're Lyle Lovett fans?) was one of our Tex replacements. He is not a flashy buck, just solid gold. But he is very correct. He has two excellent Master Champions in his immediate pedigree, Tex and White Light'n. Cowboy is a combination of the excellent Goodwood and Willow Creek lines. Hopefully he will pass on the incredible longevity of his sire's line. His dam has stood the test of time as well. Her udder still being snuggly attached at 7 years old. She has been sold back to her breeder, Holly Burke. Cowboy is a very masculine buck with great length of body and a level, uphill topline. He has great depth of body and spring of rib. He is showing very nice width throughout and stands on correct feet and legs. He has a long, level, wide rump and nice angularity. Cowboy was bred to CHW RB Cinnamon Red Hots and a doe kid was retained, CHW CBM Heart Of Gold. He has been sold to Pride Of Texas where he is continuing his show career and his first babies there have arrived.

This strikingly beautiful and correct polled buck is from our friends Saul and Randy of Pride Of Texas. Thank you so much! We picked him up just as he won National Reserve Champion Junior Buck. What a thrill! He is the son of MCH/PGCH Woodhaven Farms Pepe Le Pew and I have wanted a Pepe kid for awhile. I also love the dam's pedigree, having tried to buy Perfect Storm once when he was for sale. Speedy is very long bodied with very nice width and depth throughout. He is a powerful buck, yet has nice dairy character and great angulation. He stands on correct feet and legs. As a yearling buck, Speedy consistantly placed first in his class. Unfortunately, he is pretty wild. Speedy took 2nd, 2nd, and 3rd in the Emilee Hammon show and the Hoosier Classic 1 and 2. There were 11 other bucks in that class. 

He was bred to TC Spellbound, P of T Walla Walla and CHW Something To Talk About. The kids arrived in March 2008. See the sales list for who is still available.

We lost Rhett suddenly just at the time that we were planning breedings to him for spring '05. Unfortunately we hadn't used him in a few years and had sold several of his daughters. We only have two left in our herd, CHW RB Cinnamon Red Hots and CHW RB Gone With The Wind. Thankfully we also have two sons that we may start using now. Rhett was a gorgeous buck that was the result of a close inbreeding on MCH Gladys Porter Zoo Ali's Tex +S. He was the son of the first double champion Nigerian buck, MCH/PGCH Piddlin Acres Blue Thunder +S, and the son of the first double champion Nigerian doe, MCH/PGCH Piddlin Acres Revelee 'E'. He was a very masculine, powerhouse type buck with excellent width throughtout and depth of body. He stood on very correct feet and legs. He had a very pretty head with elf type ears. An early injury left him permanently lame so that he was only shown for a short while. He will be missed greatly.

Wow! What an incredible pedigree this Maltese Falcon son has. Hunter's is loaded with the most influential animals in the breed. He qualified two ways for his *S status. Through his sire and dam and also his dam and paternal grand dam.  Hunter is a nice blending of dairy character and masculinity. He has excellent shoulders and tight, sharp withers. He has incredible length of body. Hunter has a very level, uphill topline. He has wonderful angulation and a long, level rump. He does toe out somewhat in front. Kellye Bussey was using his half brother, Twin Creeks AA Purple Heart, as a herd sire in her Twin Creeks herd. Be sure and check out Hunter's dam, Yuletide Treasure, on the Twin Creeks Senior Does page. She is describe as having "outstanding general appearance and a very capacious mammary system with plumb teats". Hunter was bred to Chisholm Trail Suzy Q, Flat Rocks American Beauty, and Woodhaven Farms Monet's Poppie before leaving our herd. Unfortunately we ended up with only one Hunter kid left here. She is a beautiful, flashy doe, CHW TH Proud Mary, 1x GCH Junior Doe. Hunter now resides in the Flat Rocks herd.
